Delta 8 Shipping Restrictions

Order Processing
Our standard processing time is 24 hours from the time of order placement. During peak periods, processing may extend to 72 hours. During holiday seasons or times of high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Operating Hours:
Our facility operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and is closed on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays.
Adult Signature Requirement
Federal law requires Adult Signature Confirmation for all vape-related deliveries. Recipients must present valid government-issued photo identification proving they are 21 years of age or older. This service incurs an additional $7 fee, which will be added at checkout. As an alternative, we offer delivery to business addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
Tracking and Delivery
During checkout, you will see available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for your location. Upon completion of order processing, you will receive an automated tracking email. Please note that transit time estimates exclude weekends and holidays, as shipping carriers operate Monday through Friday only.
State Regulations and Territory Restrictions
Products sold by letschyll.com are available for shipment only to these states: Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin.
Additional restrictions may apply based on state and local regulations. Some jurisdictions require supplemental information before certain items can be shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
For packages returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund less shipping costs. For packages returned due to failed adult signature verification, we reserve the right to deduct a $20 restocking fee from the refund. Replacement shipments are at the discretion of the manufacturer and will only be considered after we receive and process the returned package.
Lost or Missing Packages
Customers must report shipping issues within 6 hours of the last tracking update. Resolution of delivery issues is the customer’s responsibility and must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. Letschyll.com is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. The customer bears responsibility for any delays, returns, or additional costs resulting from submission of incorrect shipping information.
Warranty and Replacement Orders
We ship all warranty and replacement orders via Standard Shipping service.
Order Modifications
We reserve the right to remove prohibited items from orders while processing the remaining eligible items. In some cases, we may need to cancel and refund the entire order. We will notify you of any such modifications to your order.
